This Spokane Washington Temple cross-stitch pattern download contains the counted cross-stitch chart, two pages of detailed instructions, the color key, a colored rendering of the temple pattern, and a black & white outline of the temple. The design size of the temple is 107 x 54 squares. It is 107 x 61 squares if the name of the temple is included. The temple was dedicated on August 21, 1999, by President Gordon B. Hinckley. It was the 59th temple in operation constructed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the second temple in the state of Washington. The Spokane Temple was the first to be built and dedicated using the same basic exterior design suggested by President Hinckley. During the years of 1989 through 2005, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints built 43 similar temples thus greatly extending the spread of temples throughout the world.
Photographs of the Spokane Washington Temple were used as guides in the creation of the basic design. The trees, bushes and landscape details can easily be changed, added to, or deleted according to the preference of the stitcher. The finished project can be personalized with names and dates using the alphabet and numbers provided in the pattern. The gift of a personalized, event-dated, attractively-framed rendering of the temple will be a life-long treasure for those who received eternal blessings and promises in that sacred House of the Lord.
