This Ogden Utah Temple cross-stitch pattern download contains a counted cross-stitch chart, two pages of detailed instructions, a color key, a colored rendering of the temple pattern, and a black & white outline of the temple. The design size of the temple is 103 x 96 squares. It is 103 x 105 squares if the name of the temple is included, and more if personalizations are added. The Ogden Utah Temple was originally dedicated on January 18, 1972, by President Joseph Fielding Smith as the 14th operating temple and the 5th temple in the state of Utah. It was closed in April 2011 for a major renovation. It was rededicated on September 21, 2014 by President Thomas S. Monson. As of that date, there were 143 temples in operation constructed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, with 16 of those temples in the state of Utah.
Photographs of the Ogden Utah Temple were used as guides in the creation of the basic design. The trees, bushes and landscape details can easily be changed, added to, or deleted according to the preference of the stitcher. The finished project can be personalized with names and dates using the alphabet and numbers provided in the pattern. The gift of a personalized, event-dated, attractively-framed rendering of the temple will be a life-long treasure for those who receive eternal blessings and promises in that sacred House of the Lord.
