Designed by Jean D. Crowther
The Ogden Utah Temple leaflet contains a counted cross-stitch pattern of the temple located in Ogden, Utah. The leaflet contains detailed instructions and a black & white depiction of the temple pattern. The design size of the temple is 115 x 100 squares. It is 115 x 109 squares if the name of the temple is included. The Ogden Temple was originally dedicated on January 18, 1972 by President Joseph Fielding Smith. At that time it was the 14th operating temple and the 5th temple in Utah. It was closed in April, 2011 for a major renovation. The temple was re-dedicated on September 21, 2014 by President Thomas S. Monson. As of that date there were 143 temples in operation constructed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and 16 of those temples were in the state of Utah.
