It is 83 x 65 squares if the name of the temple is included. The Oakland California Temple was dedicated on November 17, 1964, by President David O. McKay. It was the 13th temple constructed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and was the second temple in the state of California. The temple was closed in February 2018 for renovation and was re-dedicated on June 16, 2019, by President Dallin H. Oakes.
